In a day and age where companies say they care about their customers until something goes wrong, you and your company have broken the mold. I know I don't have to rehash my experience but for the benefit of any customers or potential customers, I will provide the highlights. After purchasing a stove from you that resulted in nothing but problems in the first year, you and I discussed the possibility of upgrading to a Harman. As a result you set me up with a beautiful Harman Accentra stove, and credited me for the faulty unit! I couldn't be happier with you and the very professional technicians that have been to my home.

On my recent purchase of a "Harman Accentra Pellet Insert" with Robert DeFillippo in October 2010, I got inspired to share a compliment due to the experience overall.

From my first interaction via the phone and then a meeting with Robert, to having the owner, Ryan, handle the on-site inspection and overall instructions of usage/maintenance, it was a good experience. Ryan is very personable and professional. He explained the system and helped me a great deal with trying to make my new pellet insert work for my home.

In addition, meeting the installers John & Brian, I cannot say enough about the whole experience of having professional expertise and friendliness! They were very personable and the pellet insert is just what was explained to me via the sales introduction from Robert.

I was happy that we bought this particular insert, and after using it for a few weeks, I have noticed how warm the house is (even in the morning after not using it overnight). I've noticed that this type of "radiant heat" seems to linger throughout the house. The coldest weather is not yet upon us, however, if this is any indication of how well built this pellet stove insert is, I can't wait to feel the heat and see the low gas bills.
