Bill from Hearthside Fireplace did an outstanding job servicing my pellet stove for its annual cleaning. We moved into the home about a year ago and didnβt know much about the pellet stove so I really appreciated how thorough and professional he wasβnot just with the cleaning, but also with taking the time to teach me all about the stove itself. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how to use and maintain it properly.
Itβs rare to find someone who combines great service with genuine care for their customers, but Bill truly does. I feel much more confident with my pellet stove now. I highly recommend Bill and Hearthside Fireplace for anyone needing service or expert guidance. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Dean and Rob installed our gas fireplace efficiently and quickly. They had to brave a tall roof on a windy day and they were conscientious and made sure to prioritize safety! Courteous and polite men, both!

It's so nice to see a "team" work together. We recently moved from Pawtucket to Coventry. In the process we needed to coordinate moving, storing, & delivering our HOT TUB. Gemma was terrific. There were at least 3 schedule changes and she got it done. Wish I could say it was easy for the "team". The "team" had to work between posts with only inches to spare AND then pull the Hot Tub up a long incline.
When we were ready for the Hot Tub to be delivered (Roughly a month later ) the "team" made the job look so simple, the tub was again, stood on its side and moved into place.
Can't thank all of them enough.
