Initially we contemplated a wood stove. On a random trip we stopped by Hearthside to checkout a pellet stove. Paul greeted us immediately and helped us to choose the best Harmon pellet stove for our home. We never looked back (!) and decided to go with all his recommendations. He is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful! Appreciate all the time he took answering our many questions. The two gentleman that installed our stove were extremely helpful, neat and patient while we learned all about the stove and how to use our new alternative heating source.
Most recently, this week we had the 1st annual cleaning completed and signed up for the Hearth care plan {strong recommendation do so in Aug for the lowest price!}, during this appointment we had the pleasure of meeting Bill. Wow he is a wealth of information! We are so grateful for all of his expertise and efficiency tips! Not to mention his ability to multitask, while doing an excellent for the task at hand he also answered multiple questions, paid special attention to our puppy all while being extremely neat! Each and every one of the staff is extremely supportive and we feel we received amazing value for our purchase! So happy we choose to purchase at Hearthside!
