Due to overwhelming demand, we have been swamped with Service Requests.  Unfortunately, at this time, we are only able to assist customers who purchased their appliances directly from Hearthside.  If you did not purchase from Hearthside, please seek assistance from a local plumber (gas products) or a chimney sweep (wood/pellet products).  We appologize for this inconvience, and hope to open our Service Department back up to the general public by springtime.

Hearthside strives to provide quality service on every job.  We provide:

  • Site visits for every installed project
  • Start-up for new gas appliances after the gas has been connected
  • 2 year Service Warranty for all installed products…Warranty includes:
    • All parts and labor (even if not covered by the manufacturer) from any issue in workmanship or product failure.  Not included is any damage from improper customer operation.
  • Hearthside has factory trained technicians at each location (Warwick, RI, Westport, MA, Holliston, MA).
