The technician that serviced my gas fireplace was excellent.He explained everything he did and why he was doing it.He took the pieces apart and cleaned them. My hardwood floors were protected with heavy blankets. I did appreciate that as other technicians have not been as careful.Would highly recommend this company.My fireplace looks new again.
